Opening hours and out-of-hours cover
The office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Security operations run 24 hours a day, every day of the year, which is a different thing and worth being clear about: officers, patrols and monitored CCTV are live overnight, at weekends and over bank holidays, whether or not anyone is at a desk.
Out of hours, the monitoring centre handles alarm activations and CCTV events directly and escalates to keyholders or the police without waiting for the office to open. If you have an incident on site tonight, calling the number above reaches someone who can act on it.

Where we work
We work across the south of England and nationwide from the Southampton base. Regular coverage includes Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bristol, Enfield and Greater London, and we take work outside that footprint where a contract justifies it — several of our clients run sites the length of the country and expect one provider across all of them.
Those are areas we cover, not offices we keep. Teams are mobilised from Southampton or recruited locally to the site, depending on the length of the contract and what it needs. If your site is not on that list, it is still worth asking.
